Dr. Lee is a fantastic Doctor No nonsense to the point type of a guy I like that he’s very busy but takes his time to explain the procedure and the cost plain and simple. His hands are gentle end experienced. I can tell by the results. keep up the good work!!

The WORSE!!! Colfax NC location filed the claim wrong!! Tried to get more money than what company was entitle to!! Got upper partial, left the bottom partial and Affordable Denture filed a claim for full upper and bottom teeth!! I called Affordable Denture with my insurance company on the line while at the office to cored the issue May. Issue wasn’t solved, I went back to correct not resolved in June!! I’ve called twice with the insurance company and Affordable Denture and Virginia called twice saying she sent information to Affordable Dentures she work there… Today is July 24, I called United Healthcare and they still didn’t receive the correct claim!! Amber left a voicemail and she nor I are getting any assistance!!! AFFORDABLE DENTURE is AWFUL!!! POOR customer service with reps NOT knowing what they are doing and INCORRECTLY filing claims!!! Make sure to check with your insurance company for correct billing!!!

The staff was very helpful and they gave me back my smile. They were courteous concerned about my well-being. I was well satisfied with my visit. When I had an issue with my teeth, they were willing and ready to help with my issue.

The visit was great. The doctor was very attentive and I can’t wait to return to get these Dentures put in so I can have some temporary teeth. This is the A-list implant facility. I will complete the survey on the next visit hopefully the last one.

The entire staff especially the dentist, are so professional and caring. They work diligently to have everything fitting properly. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures in Colfax. Very reasonably priced. Also, the dentures look great, but they're not actually fit for someone who has an under bite, where the lower jaw protrudes out. They need to make dentures that actually fit properly for someone who has this problem, like I do.
